ROOT OF DAVID, help Dr. Bill to write powerful September newsletters as well as grant requests in order to raise the support needed for Juanito and Ivy as they join Lourdes in Greece at the end of September and early October. May the September letter be used as a lightning rod to attract finances to this mission. We pray that it will get into the right hands and touch the right hearts this next month. LAMB OF GOD, we thank you for Filipino missionary staffers Juanito Sanchez, Lourdes Panousi, Ivy Bray and the other members of the PhilAm Mercy Mission team who are actively seeking to raise at least $6000 for their Greek and Bicol outreaches this month and in September. AMEN

LAMB OF GOD, anoint and use Juanito today as he shares the need for Bicol hurricane relief aid in Chicago and later this week in the PhilAm congregations of New York and New Jersey. Speed him on his way and open doors for him to reach many souls for Christ and collect more funds for the suffering saints in Greece and the Philippines. Use Bill and Ivy as they start visiting churches in Charlottesville today seeking to find new friends and supporters for Great Commission missions of all kinds, but especially among the Filipino diaspora. SON OF GOD, we thank you for the life of Kai Sing (Fred) Lam, the father of Joseph Lam and the head of the whole Lam Family clan of San Jose, California. We praise you for his long and faithful Christian life, his gracious support and long influence on the Christian community in Hong Kong and for the ongoing legacy he left through Joseph and World Children's Fund, Ruth and the Nora Lam Ministries, and in the lives of millions of Christians in China and around the world. SON OF GOD, help Joseph Lam as he leads his family in preparations for the funerals and burial of his father. Also, help Dr. Bray to finish up his editorial deadlines for this week and lead his family into paths of righteousness for your name's sake. We thank you for those who are caring for Juanito as he travels in Chicago and throughout the USA this summer and for those who are welcoming him into their churches and fellowships. AMEN

HEAD OF THE CHURCH...Help Dr. Bill and Ivy today as they work to update supporters and friends with thank you letters, prayer reports, itineraries and other accountability documents including financial reports. Help them to be clear-minded and productive today and get the materials written and distributed quickly throughout this week. Help the whole team to be creative, faithful, and productive in their reporting and accountability duties. May the team be faithful in business matters although this seems mundane. Provide them with the volunteers, work areas, supplies and equipment needed to complete this work on a regular basis. AMEN and AMEN

Give Dr. Bill creative power and anointing has he authors development materials and newsletters for Exodus Mandate, CDA-Colombia and the CIS PhilAm Emergency Mission Outreaches to Bicol and Greece. Help Ivy to find ways to do the administrative and data entry work while sharing Bill's computer. Provide the additional computers and an new work station which is needed to finish the work at hand between now and the end of the year. AMEN AND AMEN

Thank you for the decisions of faith that were made by the men and women of the Board of Directors and staff team--especially in connection with approval of growing 2007 and 2008 budgets, the 10th Anniversary Celebration Banquet October 9th, and plans for meetings with VIP donors at the next CNP meeting in September. AMEN and AMEN

ABLE GOD of miracles, we ask you to open doors for Dr. Bray as he returns to Virginia on Thursday to meet with key leaders at the CBN 700 Club in Virginia Beach, Virginia. We thank you for the many opportunities this gives to talk about intimate feelings, to pray for one another and to share about the things of God -- to review marriage vows and affirm common heritage and Christian culture. LORD, guide missionaries Bill Bray and Juanito Sanchez as they lead the family in spiritual matters during the next few days, and use all the others who are coming to minister including the Rev.
