30 Second Pause for Prayer from Bill and Ivy Bray...
PRAISE THE LORD, $6265 was contributed by friends of the mission to help meet the goal of $10,000 needed by July 31 toward the Matching Challenge. Only $5000 more needs to be raised in early August toward the $15,000 special summer crunch need. AMEN
GREAT GOD, we thank you for your provision to us all, and for the believers who have rallied around the Brays and their efforts to re-launch Overseas Students Mission and other critical projects this summer. We ask you dear Lord and Holy Spirit to impress upon churches, mission organizations, pastors, leaders and individuals the need to respond to this challenge so that work can begin on the Fall outreach program to 700,000 international students. May Bill Bray's stirring newsletter this month be prayerfully opened and studied, and may many give generously to help OSM go over and above the need. AMEN AND AMEN
VERSE OF THE WEEK: "He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day" (Psalm 91:4-5).

30 Second Pause for Prayer from Bill and Ivy Bray...
SURE FOUNDATION, we thank you for giving Overseas Students Mission wonderful offices and equipment for the staff that will be joining the Bray's this fall as campus outreach begins. We especially thank you for the second of five computer work stations that has been donated from Computers without Borders and other needs from Equipping the Saints and local businessmen in the Charlottesville area. AMEN
MAN OF SORROWS, be with the missionaries we support as they face economic trials and learn to walk in faith. May they overcome every discouragement, doubt, fear, temptation and spiritual attack especially during times of shortage and testing. Reach out to the hearts of your people and by your Holy Spirit cause them to open and prayerfully read the missionary letters they receive at this time of the month. May they be generous and plant faith gifts into the good soil of OSM and CIS missionary projects. Lord, we are not giving up on our faith and trust in you, but continue to pray for every need to be met this summer, both material and financial. AMEN

JEHOVAH-JIREH, we pray for the Bray's support to stay strong throughout the summer crunch months. May every support check be covered and may every bill be paid on time. Amen. Provide for an urgently needed new computer in the OSM office, and heal the problems with the laptop computer which Bill uses for a backup. May you give them the grace they need to accomplish the work you have given them to do. AMEN AND AMEN
